The card also states that the house that was moved from Boulder to 732 Grant was originally
constructed in 1895. Given that it was moved from a historic subdivision in Boulder, this date of
construction could well be correct, but was not independently verified.
(Many houses have been relocated from place to place in the Louisville area. This topic was
explored in the Fall 2011 issue of the Louisville Historian, available online here:
http://www.louisvilleco.gov/home/showdocument?id=1114.)
Flora Hutsell became the sole owner of 732 Grant after her husband, William, died in 1976.
Later Owners
Following Flora Hutsell's death in 1985, her estate transferred ownership of 732 Grant to
Arnold and Nancy Mullen in 1986. They sold it in 1993 to Barbara Gstalder. She sold it in 1999
to Kelly D. and David Williams. The current owner of record is Kelly D. Williams.
The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census
records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, obituary
records, and historical photographs from the collection of the Louisville Historical Museum.
3
