The card also states that the house that was moved from Boulder to 732 Grant was originally <br />constructed in 1895. Given that it was moved from a historic subdivision in Boulder, this date of <br />construction could well be correct, but was not independently verified. <br />(Many houses have been relocated from place to place in the Louisville area. This topic was <br />explored in the Fall 2011 issue of the Louisville Historian, available online here: <br />http://www.louisvilleco.gov/home/showdocument?id=1114.) <br />Flora Hutsell became the sole owner of 732 Grant after her husband, William, died in 1976. <br />Later Owners <br />Following Flora Hutsell's death in 1985, her estate transferred ownership of 732 Grant to <br />Arnold and Nancy Mullen in 1986. They sold it in 1993 to Barbara Gstalder. She sold it in 1999 <br />to Kelly D. and David Williams. The current owner of record is Kelly D.
