It is assumed that that building was demolished a long time ago. <br />According to the Boulder County Assessor, this building was constructed in 1960. A card that <br />was completed for this property by the County Assessor in 1960 shows that the building permit <br />was dated 1959 and the date of construction was 1960. The card also includes this photo of the <br />building, possibly in the process of being constructed: <br />The name of the owners of the property prior to 1961 could not be ascertained from the <br />County's online property records. In 1961, George Ellis sold this property to Jess Heard, who <br />conveyed it to Frank Kozel in 1967. In 1977, new owner Donald Burkhard sold it to Lockett <br />
