GROUND PLAN SKETCH <br />(INDICATE NVA16ER STORIES. <br />I I I I, l I 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 7 7 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1_ <br />ct <br />I I 1 1 I 1 1 I I 1 I I 1 I 1 I I I 1 1 1 1 1 I I I I <br />FRONT <br />Handwritten notes in red pencil on the card, which appear to have been added in 1953, say: <br />"Appears quite improved — note both rooms added — also picture windows — metal screen <br />windows etc." <br />Although some have indicated that this may have been the house of deputy county sheriff Allan <br />McDonald and that it played a role in the 1914 labor conflict, it has been found that the <br />McDonald house was the house that stood next door at 1417 Courtesy Rd. prior to the current <br />house. <br />The current owner of record, according to the Boulder County website, is the Domenico Family <br />Trust. <br />The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census <br />records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and obituary <br />records. <br />
