Statement of Significance <br />This property is historically significant, relative to National Register Criterion A, for its association with residential <br />development in Louisville during the first half of the twentieth century. It is also historically significant for its <br />association with this neighborhood's ethnic Italian heritage, represented at this location by Jordinelli family. The <br />building is architecturally significant, under National Register Criterion C, for its modest representation of the <br />Queen Anne style of architecture. The Summer Kitchen building, located just to the east of the house is also <br />historically and architecturally significant. <br />43. Assessment of historic physical integrity related to significance: <br />This property exhibits a high degree of historical integrity. There have been no additions, and no notable exterior <br />alterations within the past fifty years. The property is very much able to convey a sense of its historic significance. <br />
