The architecture is typical of many small residences in Jefferson Place, but this house has a high degree of integrity that others do not. The property is also worthy of nomination as a Louisville local landmark for its 47-year association with the Angelo Ferrari family. Typical of many Jefferson Place residents, Angelo was a coal miner. He was also locally significant as the town marshal and constable. 37B.
