The property is worthy of nomination as a Louisville local landmark <br />as a very intact example of a simple, wood framed, front -gabled residence with wood siding and double -hung <br />windows. The architecture is typical of many small residences in Jefferson Place, but this house has a high <br />degree of integrity that others do not. The property is also worthy of nomination as a Louisville local landmark <br />for its 47-year association with the Angelo Ferrari family. Typical of many Jefferson Place residents, Angelo <br />was a coal miner. He was also locally significant as the town marshal and constable. <br />37B.
