RESOLUTION NO 53 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT TO VACATE AN <br />EXISTING LOT LINE AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE <br />EXISTING BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE <br />PROPERTY AT 194 TAYLOR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a final subdivision plat to vacate an existing lot line, <br />The Business Center at C T C Replat H, and approval of an amendment to the final <br />PUD, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 11, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated October 11, 2018, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Final Plat and recommended approval of the <br />PUD Amendment to City Council, with three conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Final Plat and said <br />amendment to the final Planned Unit Development should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision plat to vacate an existing <br />lot line, The Business Center at C T C Replat H, and an amendment to the Final <br />Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of an addition to the existing <br />building and associated site improvements on the property at 194 Taylor Ave, with the <br />following conditions. <br />1 Prior to recordation of the Plat and PUD, the applicant provide a looped water <br />line or revise the fire service line to a looped water line <br />2 Prior to recordation of the Plat and PUD, the applicant shall remove the ramps at <br />the sidewalk connections to Taylor Avenue and connect walks to curb level <br />3 Prior to recordation of the Plat and PUD, the applicant shall revise the existing <br />driveway to a 3/4 access to maintain the existing condition <br />Resolution No. 53, Series 2018 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
