OCTOBER 24, 1994 THE CITY OF LOUISVII.I REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in regular session on October 24, 1994, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Chairperson Morris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. Attendance: Gene Morris, Steve Jeffers, Robert Garelick, Bill Kimmett, and Larry Evans Also, Attending: Scott Ross, Grifliths & Tanoue - Attorney for the Authority Linda Salas, Secretary to the Authority APPROVAL OF AGENDA Morris called for any changes to the agenda. All in t~tvor. ACTION ON MINUTES Morris called for any comments on the minutes. Jett'crs moved thai thc Authority approve thc minutes as corrected, sccon(lcd by Evans. All in t~tvor. AUTHORITY BUSINESS Discussion/Motion - Transfer Application - RB Liquors - 1140 Pine Street - Retail Liquor Store License Authority Attorney, Scott Ross gave a brief history on the transfer application. The Authority hcld the public hearing tbr the transfer application at the June 27th Authority meeting. Fingerprint reports had not been received on Mr. Bachant to date. The Authority voted that the transfer should be tabled until the fingerprint report was received to verify information presented by Mr. Bachant on his individual history report. The Authority issued a temporary permit pending transfer on June 27th to RB Liquors. The temporary permit will expire on October 27. The fingerprint report betbre the Authority this evening verifies the intbrmation on Mr. Bachant's individual history report. Morris called for any discussion by the Authority. None.
