Section 6. Operation and Maintenance for the Louisville Museum Campus As of January 1, 2019, no more than twenty percent (20%) of the net annual city fiscal year proceeds of the one -eighth percent sales and use tax for historic preservation shall be used or the operation and maintenance of the Louisville Museum Campus. Section 6. Section 1 of Resolution No 20, Series 2010 is hereby amended by the addition of a Subsection c., to read as follows (words added are underlined, words deleted are strickee4hreugh): c. Incentives awarded to property outside historic Old Town Louisville shall be approved bv not Tess than five Council Members.
