Section 6. Operation and Maintenance for the Louisville Museum <br />Campus As of January 1, 2019, no more than twenty percent (20%) of the net <br />annual city fiscal year proceeds of the one -eighth percent sales and use tax for <br />historic preservation shall be used or the operation and maintenance of the <br />Louisville Museum Campus. <br />Section 6. Section 1 of Resolution No 20, Series 2010 is hereby amended by <br />the addition of a Subsection c., to read as follows (words added are underlined, words <br />deleted are strickee4hreugh): <br />c. Incentives awarded to property outside historic Old Town Louisville shall <br />be approved bv not Tess than five Council Members. <br />Section 7 Subsection b of Section 2 of Resolution No 20, Series 2010 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined, words deleted are <br />stri hrough)• <br />b The Historical Preservation Commission (HPC) will review all grant <br />applications and make recommendations to the City Council for approval or <br />disapproval The City Council may approve, deny or return a proposal to the HPC <br />for further information Grants awarded to property outside historic Old Town <br />Louisville shall be approved by not Jess than five Council Members. <br />Section 8. Subsection b of Section 7 of Resolution No 2, Series 2012 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows (words added are underlined, words deleted are stricken <br />threue14). <br />c. Approval of incentives or grants Incentives or grants <br />awarded to property outside historic Old Town Louisville under Sections 1 through <br />7 of this Resolution shall be approved by not less than five Council Members. <br />Section 10 Subsection b of Section 1 of Resolution No 4, Series 2014 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows (words added are underlined, words deleted are ctnisken <br />thfetigN. <br />b The historic preservation revolving loan program shall be used to provide low - <br />interest loans for the purposes of preservation, restoration, rehabilitation and <br />protection of properties which are landrnarked pursuant to Louisville Municipal <br />Resolution No. 60, Series 2018 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
