City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 18, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 14 <br />Hank Dalton, 651 St. Andrews Lane, stated he thought the appointments to the <br />Revitalization Commission included one member being publically humiliated He urged <br />Council to rethink the process so that does not happen again <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Keany Mayor Pro Tem Lipton abstained from the consent agenda <br />vote All were in favor <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes November 27, 2018, December 4, 2018, December <br />10, 2018, December 11, 2018 <br />C Approval of Distributions for Non -Profit Grant Program for 2019 and 2020 <br />Based on Finance Committee Recommendations <br />D Approval to Extend Custodial Services Contract with ISS Facility Services <br />Through March 31, 2019 <br />E. Approval of Purchase of 14 04 Shares of the Farmers Reservoir and <br />Irrigation Company <br />F Approval of 2019 City Council Appointments to Boards and Commissions <br />G Approval of Resolution No 59, Series 2018 — A Resolution Approving the <br />Fourth Amendment to the Fifth Interim Agreement Between the Municipal <br />Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District Windy Gap <br />Firming Project Water Activity Enterprise, and the City of Louisville for <br />Participation in the Windy Gap Firming Project <br />H. Approval of Resolution No 60, Series 2018 — A Resolution Amending <br />Resolutions No 20, Series 2009, No 20, Series 2010; No 2, Series 2012, <br />and No 4, Series 2014, and Resolution No 21, Series 2016 Which <br />Implemented Voter -Approved Taxes for Historic Preservation, to Update <br />Administrative Provisions to Reflect 2017 Ballot Issue 2F <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle noted former Mayor Fauson recently passed away Herman Fauson was <br />on Council from 1980-1986 and Mayor from 1986-1992 Some significant items during <br />his time as Mayor include the building of the golf course and the recreation center <br />Mayor Muckle thanked him for his service to the City <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser stated that in October the arboretum closed the restroom due to <br />cold, it is now powered and open again She wished everyone happy holidays <br />
