e. Coal Creek Golf Course

Coal Creek Golf Course, Inc./dba Coal Creek Golf Course - 585 W. Dillon Rd.
Hotel & Restaurant License w/Extended Hours and Optional Premises
Corporate Report of Changes

Morris called for any comments or motion for the renewal application for Coal Creek Golf Course -
Hotel & Restaurant License w/extended hours and optional premises and corporate report of changes.

POLICE DEPARTMENT'S REPORT

Sgt. Atkinson discussed the letter written by Chief Goodman to all liquor license holders addressing
illegal sales, especially under age sales and other things to be aware of and to look for. The letter is a
very positive way to address the city's concern with retail owners. The Police Department would like to
keep the team work and line of communication open. The Police Department was impressed and happy
to attend the meetings that took place a couple of months ago.

On routine basis, officers will frequently stop in 7-11 stores and retail liquor stores. They communicate
with the retail merchants and clerks about any suspicious activity or about any teenagers that are
hanging out. There has been very good cooperation with the businesses here in town.

Sgt. Atkinson also discussed the issue of sting operations in the City of Louisville. Currently, the City
of Louisville has not been involved in any sting operations and does not have any plans to participate in
any. That does not mean that other agencies at other levels are not involved in our area, in the city
limits.

Sgt. Atkinson reviewed police reports.

SECRETARY'S REPORT

NONE

AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT

NONE

AUTHORITY COMMENTS

Jeff.ers requested that the Authority Secretary check to see if a Manager's Registration/Change Report
had been made for the fingerprint. The report needs to reflect if there was a conviction or if there was a
previous report filed. Does it reflect the information on the fingerprint report? Who was listed or was
there a manager listed? Secretary will have that information available at the next meeting.

Morris would like to send a letter in appreciation and support to the Chief of Police rom the Authority
regarding his letter to all liquor license holders addressing illegal sales, etc..
