City,/ <br />Im Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 10, 2018 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:00 PM <br />CaII to Order — Councilmember Loo called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Robert Muckle (arrived 6:20 pm) <br />Councilmember Jay Keany <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Susan Loo <br />Councilmember Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Ashley Stolzmann <br />Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Lipton <br />Staff Present: Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Councilmember Loo called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to <br />approve the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Leh.
