McCaslin Blvd., Louisville, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current bylaws of the Authority. <br />The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. <br /> <br />The application is for a Retail 3.2% Beer OffPremises Liquor license. I have provided <br />copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The application is complete <br />except for fingerprints. Fingerprint repons have not been included in the application. The <br />State Liquor Enforcement Division has established a "Master File." Public notice of this <br />hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not aware of <br />any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Are there any Authority member disclosures? <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the <br />current boundaries of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Does anyone present object to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville? If not, we will proceed with the hearing. <br /> <br />NONE. <br /> <br />Does anyone present object to the motion? <br /> <br />NONE. <br /> <br />If not, the motion is adopted. <br /> <br />The Authority Secretary on behalf of the Authority Attorney has a few comments. <br /> <br />In considering the application filed by Conoco #06442, the Authority is acting in a quasi- <br />judicial capacity.
