MORRIS: AUTHORITY SECRETARY: MORRIS: MORRIS: MORRIS: PRITCHARD: AUTHORITY SECRETARY: I will open the public hearing on the application of Cono-Services, Inc./dba Conoco #06442 for a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license at 520 So. McCaslin Blvd., Louisville, Colorado. The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current bylaws of the Authority. The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. The application is for a Retail 3.2% Beer OffPremises Liquor license. I have provided copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The application is complete except for fingerprints. Fingerprint repons have not been included in the application. The State Liquor Enforcement Division has established a "Master File." Public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. Are there any Authority member disclosures? NONE The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Does anyone present object to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current boundaries of the City of Louisville? If not, we will proceed with the hearing. NONE. In considering the application filed by Conoco #06442, the Authority is acting in a quasi- judicial capacity.
