managers closest to the proposed location were contacted as well as the residents closest and throughout
the neighborhood. Summary of eligible contacts:

signatures supporting issuance:
residents
business owners or managers

TOTALS

193
12 205

signatures opposing issuance:
residents
business owners or managers

65
0 65

total number of signatures

270

The petition is the most favorable result for an applicant that Market Service Associates has seen all
year.

MORRIS:

WITNESS:

Do the Authority members have any questions at this time?
NONE

Lupe Henecamp, 5250 West 80th Ave., Apt. 105 - Arvada, CO.

eECRETARY:

Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about
to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?

HENECAMP:

I, do.

Henecamp will be the manager of the Conoco Station and reviewed the process of training used for each
new employees and the role she will take on as the manager. Hencamp also reviewed how they train
employees regarding carding customers. Henecamp has worked for Cono-Services for 3 IA years and has
been a manager for 2~A years. She is currently a manager at Broomfield. The Broomfield location is the
closest Conoco to the new location. Henecamp was transferred to the Broomfield location as a train
store manager. Henecamp has been trained to train new employees. Previous manager in Broomfield
was dismissed and Henecamp was brought in to correct problems. Henecamp has never received a
warning, violation, or a notice regarding sales of 3.2% beer. The policy regarding possible fake I.D. is to
keep the I.D. and try to detain the person and call the police. If the individual cannot be detained
employees are trained to take down the car license number. The store scanner locks out bar codes for
3.2% beer at a specified time so that sales after hours are impossible.

JEFFERS:

There is no manager identified on the application and no manager registration form.

HENECAMP:

I had fingerprints taken about five months ago, will that report work or do I need to get
new prints taken?

UTHORITY:

That will be fine.

4
