Approval of the October 17, 2018 Meeting Minutes: Approved with no <br />changes <br />c. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />i. MaryAnn Heany- update via email message attached. <br />ii. Mark- Green Business updates: kids explorers club @Huckleberry. <br />Louisville, Lafayette, Superior green business planning/ network. <br />Business recognition announcement to Council and reception event. <br />iii. December sustainability event rescheduled to January 10. <br />ii. Moving forward with Xcel - electric vehicle implementation. Trackers <br />for fleet usage data will help develop the next steps/opportunities for <br />city fleet <br />iii. Hauler licensing ordinance passed. <br />iv. Not doing winter bike to work day <br />v. Xcel RE reporting <br />vi. Zero Waste grant for receptacle placement at park shelters <br />vii. Employee outreach on sustainability 101 topics <br />viii. Jorge Calderon hired as new facilities manager <br />ix. Onboarding city facilities using EnergyStar <br />I I. Review status of 2-year work plan <br />Limited Discussion: Much of this will drive SAP priorities. <br />III. Plan update of current Sustainability Action Plan — tentative April 2020 <br />Discussion: What should approach be re topics and LSAB? LSAB members to take on <br />topic areas of interest/ expertise. How should we dovetail with County?
