Morris will prepare the letter for Chief Goodman's inspection. <br /> <br />Pritchard requested that a general letter be written to be sent to license holders along with any reports <br />that are received from the police reports. This letter is to let the license holders know that the board is <br />reviewing reports and to allow the license holder to be aware of all reports. Morris will draft a general <br />letter to all license holders for Pritchard and the board's review.
