Electrical assisted bicycle shall mean a vehicle having two (2) <br />tandem wheels or two (2) parallel wheels and one (1) forward wheel, fully <br />operable pedals, an electric motor not exceeding seven hundred fifty (750) watts <br />of power,. and that provides assistance only when the rider is pedaling and that <br />ceases to provide assistance when the bicycle reaches a speed of twenty miles per <br />hour. <br />F. Regulatory sign shall mean a sign authorized by the parks, and <br />recreation and open space department containing an image, language, or <br />combination of both to indicate or reinforce the regulations of this title, which <br />may include, without limitation, a direction, instruction, order, warning, <br />restriction, regulation, rule, prohibition, or any combination of the foregoing. <br />G. Smoking instrument shall mean and include cigarettes, cigars, <br />pipes, bongs, joints, blunts, or any other vessel or device containing tobacco or <br />marijuana. <br />H. Smoke or smoking shall mean the burning, carrying, or possession <br />of any lighted smoking instrument, or the using of an electronic smoking device. <br />I. Electronic smoking device shall mean an electronic or battery - <br />operated device that provides a vapor of nicotine, THC, or any other substance <br />and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. The term shall include <br />every variation of such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or <br />sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-cigarillo, e-pipe, or under any other product name <br />or descriptor. <br />Section 2.
