Authority Business A.Election of Officers Machado stated there was a chart included in the packet showing the chair and vice-chair over the past few years. He noted the vice-chair typically moves to chair and a vice chair was selected on a rotating basis, however, there are now several new members. He suggested Bart Watson could serve as vice-chair. Brown moved the Authority elect Machado as chair and Watson as vice-chair for 2019. Kaufman seconded. All in favor. B. Public Hearing –New Marijuana Retail Store Application –J2H2 Holdings LLC d/b/a The Green Room –972 W. Dillon Road Chairperson Machado opened the public hearing. Secretary Hanson reported the hearing had been posted and published in accordance with State law, the application was complete and she saw no reason for denial of the application.
