being in Gentleman Jim's prior to that evening. There were seven people in the particular party involved
and were all sitting at the same table. Ms. Armstrong did not recall that either one of the two gentlteman
involved in the altercation were intoxicated when they entered the bar and did not notice any signs that
they had been drinking prior to entering the establishment. It was a slow evening, Ms. Armstrong only
had two to three other tables besides this particular party.

JOSS: Can you tell us what happened relative to this altercation?

ARMSTRONG: I had left the table and went behind the bar to get myself something to drink,
water - coke, I don't remember exactly what and the next thing I knew I heard a
few words being thrown across the table. Within one second they jumped up they
and went across the table. That is why the glasses fell off the table, nothing was
thrown and they grabbed each other and within a minute - two minutes it was
over. I did holler and say, "please stop, I'm calling the police." And it stopped
that quick.

JOSS: Did you call the police?
ARMSTRONG: Yes, I did.
JOSS: Do you recall how much you had served to these two particular individuals?

ARMSTRONG: There was seven people at the table, I do not know how much those two
individuals consumed.

JOSS: Did you run a single tab for the table or was there an individual tab...
ARMSTRONG: One single tab for the table including food.
JOSS: Was there any furniture that was destroyed or broken in this altercation?
ARMSTRONG: No.
JOSS: Were there broken bottle and glasses?

ARMSTRONG: There was a couple of glasses that went off the table when the one guy went
across the table to the other guy.

JOSS: Do you recall discussing with the officers that appeared at the bar the amount that
you had served these particular individuals. The amout of alcoholic beverages
that you served these people?

ARMSTRONG: I don't remember the exact amount or the exact words that I told them, but I know
that I did deliver a couple of pitchers of beer and a couple shots to seven people.
