People care about customer service, reliable pick up, and environmental sustainability Both companies can do this. People were concerned about large -item pick up and it is included in both Pay -as -you -throw is important so people are rewarded for reducing trash Both have great add ins. Councilmember Stolzmann stated the Utility Committee talked a lot about extra bins and pricing and ways to encourage people to reduce the waste stream overall There is a clear incentive for the Republic bid to do this.
