Licensee, working alone at the licensed premises, was tending bar and servicing customers while visibly and/or apparently intoxicated. There was discussion regarding a fine in lieu of the hearing (inaudible). Jeffers moved that the authofiW authorize Chairman to sign the Order to Show Cause and setting he~ng date for June 24 meeting, second by Lipton. All in favor. Motion passed. Jeffers moved to amend ~s motion to include that the authority appoint Bruce Joss to represent the City. at the he~ng subject to his availability, or any attorney acceptable to the City Attorney. Amendment acceptable to Lipton. All in favor. Motion p~sed. Authority requested that Bruce Joss or the appointed representative for the City come to the May 13 Authority meeting and present status. 62. DISCUSSION/MOTION - RENEWAL APPLICATION American Legion Walter Rhodes Post No. 111 (tabled from 3/26 meeting - lack of quorum for vote) Club Liquor License w/Extended Hours 1130 Pine Street Louisville, CO Morris called for any Authority disclosures. Bill Kimmett, a member of the American Legion, excused himself from discussion. Discussion on police reports by Sgt. Riggins (inaudible). Police department has worked very closely with the management of American Legion and they have been very cooperative. Jeffers felt that if these reports had been new reports he would have requested a Show Cause Hearing (Inaudible). Ki~ett b~ing ex~g~ed. POLICE DEPARTMENT'S REPORT Reviewed most current police report on the American Legion which was reviewed above during the renewal process. Authority requested that Sgt. Riggins to investigate the keg confiscation and report back to the Authority. SECRETARY'S REPORT The Secretary asked if the Authority would like to have a work session to discuss the draft rules and procedures.
