All special events permitted through the <br />City are now required to evaluate zero -waste. <br />Street Faire and Winter Skate contracts have <br />been updated to require maintenance of three <br />stream capabilities. Additions of recycling and <br />composting receptacles at high -use Parks and <br />Open Spaces areas will accommodate shelter <br />rentals for 25+ events. In order to begin <br />implementation, staff is evaluating <br />feasibility and a phased implementation <br />
