• Kathy Martin stated that all questions regarding the new Memory Square <br />Pool zip line had been answered satisfactorily and it had been purchased. <br />Dashboard Subcommittee <br />• A proposal will be forthcoming to re -format the Dashboard. <br />Memory Square Pool Weather Closure Proposed Policy <br />• The proposed policy was presented and received positive comments. <br />COL Strategic Plan <br />• Nathan Mosely shared the city vision for its strategic plan and expressed <br />the goal of having the Golf Course strategic plan parallel the city's. <br />Golf Dashboard and Staff Update <br />• Rich Bradfield and Michele Van Pelt reinforced the concept of modeling <br />the strategic plan after the city plan. <br />• David Baril presented the potential impacts of demand vs. dynamic <br />pricing, as well as and other marketing concepts. <br />• Christin Heuston asked about the pricing structure for the junior program, <br />and was told that the structure was a deliberate strategy to encourage <br />young golfers. <br />• The condition of the clubhouse was raised and discussed. <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />• Golf course tour: meet at clubhouse at 6 p.m. <br />• Discussion of the golf course strategic plan and dashboard <br />• Review of Senior Services <br />• Staff recommendation regarding a possible tennis, pickleball and soccer <br />subcommittee <br />• Review of the Fit Zone summary <br />Adjourn — The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 <br />Motion: Nickerson <br />Second: Bradfield. <br />4 <br />
