The 2019 process
included:
• Written Application
• Review of all applications by a Council Committee
• Committee recommendation of which applicants to appoint and which to
interview
• Interviews with the full Council
• Appointments by the full Council
What might Council like to implement for 2020?
• Are new application questions needed?
• Would Council like to appoint a committee to review the applications and make
recommendations regarding which applicants to interview OR should the entire
Council do this together?
• Are there other changes Council would like to consider?
All board and commission terms start in January.
