4 Distribute, circulate, give away, throw, deposit, stick in the <br />ground, or post or affix to any tree, fence, or structure, any notices, handbills, <br />circulars, pamphlets, papers, or signs, except by wntten permit as provided in <br />section 14 12.020; <br />B Sound. <br />1 Utilize any machine or device for the purpose of <br />amplification of human voice, music, or any other sound, except by written permit <br />as provided in section 14 12.020; <br />2. Make loud, disruptive, or unusual noises that disturb or tend <br />to disturb the peace and quiet of other persons, except by wntten permit as provided <br />in section 14 12.020; <br />C Projectiles. <br />1 Discharge, take off, land, or operate by remote control any <br />motorized or non-motonzed aircraft, manned or unmanned, including but not <br />limited to drones, missiles, rockets, airplanes, helicopters, ultrahghts, and <br />gliders/sailplanes, except by wntten permit as provided in section 14 12.020 <br />Emergency landings, as determined by city law and code enforcement officers, are <br />allowed, <br />2 Discharge or carry any firearms (concealed or otherwise), <br />projectile weapons, or explosives of any kind including but not limited to BB guns, <br />pellet guns, air guns, paint ball guns, blow guns, crossbows, longbows, and <br />slingshots, provided, however, that this subsection C.2 shall not be construed to <br />prohibit the carrying of a concealed handgun if, at the time of carrying the <br />concealed handgun, the person holds a valid wntten permit to carry a concealed <br />handgun issued pursuant to C.R.S 18-12-201 et seq., and is otherwise carrying the <br />concealed weapon in accordance with any applicable state or local law Further, <br />peace officers on official duty and persons holding a wntten permit as provided in <br />section 14 12.020 are exempt from this subsection C.2 It is also an exception to this <br />subsection C.2 that the discharge of firearms at military funerals or similar <br />occasions within the Louisville Cemetery may be authorized pursuant to section <br />14.24 150(F) of this code; <br />3 Ignite or launch any fireworks, rockets, hobby rockets, or <br />similar projectile, except by written permit as provided in section 14 12.020; <br />D Vehicles and bicycles. <br />1 Except by written permit as provided in section 14 12.020, <br />operate, drive, park, or nde upon any vehicle, as defined in the state motor vehicle <br />code [C.R.S 42-1-102], except upon areas designated for such use.
