5 Pasture, graze, maintain, nde, or walk any livestock,
<br />including but not limited to cattle, sheep, goats, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, or horses,
<br />6 Bring or maintain any dog or other animal on Harper Lake
<br />Open Space; except that, this subsection shall not be construed to prohibit the
<br />bringing or maintaining of service animals, as that term is defined in the Americans
<br />with Disabilities Act or applicable state law, on Harper Lake Open Space;
<br />G Bodies of water
<br />1 Swim, dive, wade, ice skate, ice fish, or engage in any
<br />activities similar in nature to those listed above, in or on any lake, pond, stream,
<br />reservoir, or other body of water, except by written permit as provided in section
<br />4 04 020;
<br />2. Take or operate any vessel or watercraft
<br />i. on Harper Lake without a valid and current seasonal
<br />permit displayed on the vessel or watercraft;
<br />u. on Harper Lake that is motonzed, that does not have
<br />a solid bottom, that is self -bailing, that allows body contact with the water, or that
<br />otherwise violates the Harper Lake Boating Rules and Regulations issued to permit
<br />holders,
<br />in. on any lake, pond, stream, reservoir, or other body of
<br />water other than Harper Lake, except by written permit as provided in section
<br />4 04 020;
<br />H. Waste and glass.
<br />1 Leave any garbage, trash, cans, bottles, papers, or other
<br />refuse elsewhere than in the receptacles provided therefor It is unlawful for any
<br />person to use the receptacles provided for the purpose of depositing yard clippings
<br />or other garbage or trash generated on private property It is unlawful for any person
<br />to deposit yard waste, soil, or landscaping materials on lands or in bodies of water
<br />regulated under this section,
<br />2 Brmg onto or use on any lands or in bodies of water
<br />regulated under this section any glass or other breakable container;
<br />I. Trespass.
<br />1 Encroach into any lands regulated under this section with
<br />any pnvate improvements, including but not limited to gardens, landscaping,
