AUTHORITY BUSINESS 1. Letter/Discussion - Mr. Doug Harper The Authority had before them a copy of a letter from Mr. Harper apologizing for his error in not applying for modification to premise. He also expressed some concerns regarding other issues and informed the Authority Secretary that he would be attending the July 29th meeting to discuss his concerns with the Authority. Mr. Harper did not appear. Morris suggested a change in the agenda to allow Karen's in the County's request to modify premise to be placed next on the agenda. There was no objection from the Authority or anyone in the audience. 2. Request to Change or Modify Premises Karen's Country Kitchen, Inc. d/b/a Karen's in the Country 1900 Plaza Drive Louisville, CO 80027 Morris called for any comments or motion from the Authority. Authority reviewed the filed modification with Karen Mulholland, owner of Karen's in the Country. The modification was enclosing an existing patio which is currently part of the premises and adding a bar in that area. The addition of the bar was for convenience, previously there was one bar on the lower level to service three floors. Often the lower level is booked for private parties, which made it difficult for staff to access the bar. the Country, seconded by leffeeS: A!I ih m~0~: 3. Discussion/Motion - Application for Transfer of Tavern License ao Pine Street Inn, Inc. d/b/a White Front Inn to Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar and Grill Tavern License 935 Pine Street Louisville, CO 80027 Randy Dunn, Attomey for the applicant Hemg (Henry) C. Yen, Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar and Grill, gave a brief introduction of the applicant. Mr. Dunn explained that the closing occurred approximately two weeks ago and that the applicant had been running the bar under the Temporary Permit Pending Transfer. 2
