Kim~e~ moved that ~e eons~t agenda be approved ~ sub~i~ed ~econded bY EvanS: All in favOr~ AUTHORITY BUSINESS Discussion/Motion - Request to Continue Public Hearing for New Application - Hotel & Restaurant License for Leopold's Inc. d/b/a Leopold's to September 30 Meeting Authority Secretary explained that the applicant was having difficulty with her lease with Connie's and had requested that her hearing be continued to the next Authority meeting. Lipton called for any comments or motion from the Authority. Discussion/Motion - Application for Transfer of Ownership Hotel & Restaurant License w/Extended Hours Transfer from Rock Creek Inc. d/b/a Louisville Mine Steakhouse to Ona's Bistro Inc. d/b/a Ona's Bistro Lipton called for presentation by the applicant. Steve and Laura Guillaume introduced themselves as the new owners of Ona's Bistro, previously known as the Louisville Mine Steakhouse. They gave a brief overview of their background and their proposal for the restaurant. Steve and Laura would like to have Ona's as fine dining establishment with a special area for children that would allow the parents to dine without worry, a little more family oriented. Lipton called for any comments or motion from the Authority.
