Call to Order. President Gurganus started the meeting at about 6:32 pm. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: <br />• Renee Gurganus, President <br />• Conor Seyle, Vice President <br />• Richard Chamberlin, Secretary <br />• Helana Lechner <br />• Jaime Dufresne <br />• Neal Shah, Town of Superior Trustee <br />Board Members Absent: <br />• Jeannie Schuman <br />City Staff Members Present: <br />■ Sharon Nemechek, Library Director <br />Others present: <br />• Michael Bishop, citizen of Louisville <br />III. Approval of Agenda: The agenda was approved by general consent. <br />IV. Approval of previous minutes: Director Nemechek will consult with city staff on item VIII.D.1.c <br />regarding deleting the word "weapons" from the Library Code of Conduct. Approval of the <br />previous minutes was tabled pending this possible revision. <br />V. Public Comments: There were no public comments. <br />VI. Trustee Informational Comments on Pertinent Items Not on the Agenda: There were no comments. <br />VII. New Business <br />A. Director Nemechek presented a draft of the new Library Strategic Plan. Vice President Seyle <br />proposed to add additional phrasing targeting "populations of all ages and ability levels" for <br />growing lifelong learning and literacy skills. Secretary Chamberlin moved that the LBOT accept <br />the draft plan along with the addition suggested by Vice President Seyle. Member Jaime <br />Dufresne seconded the motion. The motion was adopted by general consent. <br />B.
