The answer was yes, it could. <br />• Develop list of items to discuss with City Council (May 14, 2019 7:00 pm) <br />Chairperson Fisher noted the Louisville Revitalization Commission (LRC) is scheduled <br />to have a discussion with the City Council at a Special Meeting on May 14, 2019 at <br />7:00 pm. Staff would like input from the LRC about topics to discuss with the City <br />Council at the meeting. <br />Director DeJong noted some ideas could include: <br />• Work in 2018 and 2019 — parking study, bonds, etc. <br />• Status of Delo TIF Bonds <br />• TIF Projection Sheet <br />• Criteria for LRC Assistance (discussion topic later in the agenda) <br />• Areas of collaboration <br />• Future budget items of interest <br />• Other topics? <br />Commissioner Adler asked if a discussion of public benefit should be included. <br />Tofte asked how agenda for meeting with Council would be crafted. City Manager <br />Balser noted typically the items LRC wanted would be on the agenda. Could have <br />another meeting is LRC wanted to review more items to be included. <br />Councilmember Loo asked if there was anything on the advanced agenda affecting <br />LRC. DeJong noted there was not. <br />Commissioner Adler asked if motions could be made at this meeting. It was noted <br />yes, it will be a special meeting. <br />Commissioner Tofte asked how often Council wants discussion with LRC. Dalton <br />noted there is a Council representative. <br />Commissioner Lathrop suggested frank discussion about LRC funds and what projects <br />meet the criteria for both Council and LRC. Commissioner Dalton agreed it should be <br />in concrete terms. Commissioner Tofte wondered if the IGA should be more specific. <br />Commissioner Adler wanted to explore ways to streamline communication. <br />Commissioner Dalton noted there is a chance for the Council representative to report <br />back to Council. Mayor Pro Tem Lipton noted the LRC is required to give a quarterly <br />report to Council by staff. <br />
