Authority Attorney Culley
noted part of the registration process was identifying owners of the
companies so common ownership could be identified and disallowed.
Machado was glad the City Clerk's office was confident in the process.
Kaufman moved the Authority approve Resolution No. 2, Series 2019. Lipton
seconded. All in favor.
Police Department Reports
Sergeant Redard had no reports.
Secretary's Report
Hanson noted Redgarden paid their fine in lieu and brought in proof of training for
their employees.
Authority Attorney's Report
No report.
Authority Comment
Sergeant Redard noted the new director of the Street Faire is looking at starting
a little later and not doing happy hour. He is booking two acts per night and
perhaps extending the music by half an hour. He would like to have a local
emphasis with more local vendors.
Adjourn — Carlson moved to adjourn. Lipton seconded. All in favor. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
