<br />This PUD proposes redevelopment of Lots 1A, 1B, and 1C of Clementine Subdivision Filing No. 2 and Lot 2 Clementine Subdivision. The
<br />subdivision was originally named for Clementina Romano, who lived there into the 1980's, and whose family lived on the land since the
<br />early 1900's. Streets within the redevelopment plan are named for Clementina and the Romano family.
<br />The redevelopment includes creation of 42 fee -simple townhome lots, consistent with the underlying RM zoning. The design of these
<br />buildings will respect the character of the surrounding area and reflect Louisville's small town character, with a 'contemporary farmhouse'
<br />aesthetic along East Street and Lock Street, with a varied, more contemporary aesthetic on the interior of the development to avoid a
<br />monolithic appearance. PHASING PLAN
<br />The proposed Phasing Plan allows for three phases of development as follows.
<br />Construction for all phases to have started within 3 years of final PUD approval
<br />with full build out within 6 years of final PUD approval.
