DISCUSSION/MOTION - PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR NEW LIQUOR LICENSES <br /> <br />Leopold's Inc. cl/b/a Leopold's <br />Hotel & Restaurant License <br />605 South Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Evans: <br /> <br />I will open the public hearing on thc application of Leopold's Inc. d/b/a LeoPold's for a <br />Hotel & Restaurant liquor license at 605 So. Boulder Road, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />The hearing will follow the procedures set out in file current Bylaws of the Authority. <br /> <br />The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. <br /> <br />Authority Secretary: The application is tbr a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license. I have provided copies <br /> of the complete application to each Authority member. The application is complete. <br /> Fingerprint reports [have] been received and lard included in the application. Public <br /> notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not <br /> aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Are there any Authority member disclosures? <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />The Authority previously set tile boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the <br />current boundaries of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br /> Does anyone present object to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current <br /> boundaries of the City of Louisville? <br />NONE <br /> <br />If not, we will proceed with thc hearing. <br /> <br />I move that thc coral)leto aplflication bc made a part of thc rcc()rd of this hearing, is there I <br />a second? The Authority's decision must be based on <br /> the evidence presented to it at file heating tonight and the legal requirements set out in smtc <br /> laws. Under state law, you must consider the character of the applicant, the reasonable <br /> requirements of the neighborhood for this type of license, the desires of the adult <br /> <br /> <br />
