She noted the Library will be holding events <br />for Art Walk this week as well <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION — BNSF/STEEL RANCH RAILROAD UNDERPASS UPDATE <br />continued from 5/28/19 <br />Mayor Muckle clarified for those listening that this discussion is not about the Highway 42 <br />underpass, that project is about to break ground This is a discussion of the underpass at <br />Bullhead Gulch under the BNSF rail line <br />Director Kowar stated this project has been under way for many years and there is <br />funding from the City, Urban Drainage, and the Takoda Metro District. Originally it was <br />thought to cost about $750,000 The current 100% design includes new drainage <br />requirements from BNSF to meet a 100-year flood event and current construction pricing <br />
