The house is in the original location and has <br />physical integrity <br />retained its current footprint since at least 1948. The <br />structure retains its overall form and appearance from <br />the street and exhibits a high level of physical integrity. <br />Staff finds that the structure meets the criteria for <br />physical integrity. <br />ALTERATION CERTIFICATE REQUEST: <br />The applicant is also applying for an alteration certificate to allow for a new two-story <br />addition for the west side of the existing house. The proposed new addition would <br />replace the single story additions on the house.
