cityqf <br />Louisville <br />I SINC2E <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 24, 2018 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />CaII to Order — Chairperson Haley called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM. <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Chair Lynda Haley <br />Hannah Parris <br />Debbie Fahey <br />Cyndi Thomas <br />Caleb Dickinson <br />Chuck Thomas <br />Michael Ulm <br />Commission Members Absent: None. <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir of Planning & Building Safety <br />Felicity Selvoski, Planner I <br />Kristin Dean, Principal Planner <br />Amelia Brackett, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chuck Thomas made a motion to approve the September 24, 2018 agenda. Caleb <br />Dickinson seconded. Agenda approved by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Fahey made a motion to approve the August 20, 2018 minutes. Chuck Thomas <br />seconded. The minutes were approved as written by voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />PROBABLE CAUSE DETERMINATION <br />Zuccaro introduced Felicity Selvoski, the new preservation planner. <br />533 Lincoln Avenue <br />Selvoski stated that the building at 533 Lincoln Avenue was constructed in 1935, <br />meeting the age criteria for landmarks.
