ownership to both himself and Josephine Petrelli. In 1964, they transferred ownership to Victor along
with Victor's grown sons: Eugene, Emilio, Alfredo, and Joseph Petrelli.
It is believed that during their ownership, the house was mostly used as a rental. For much of this time,
Victor Petrelli continued to reside across the street at 1016 Main. According to available Polk
Directories, the renter in 1974 was Gus Archuleta, in 1977 it was Pamela Lingenfelter, and in 1979 and
1980 it was "Jeremy's Custom F M."
In 1980, the surviving three of the five, who were Eugene, Alfredo, and Joseph, sold 1021 Main.
Later Owners
Harold and C. Jan Snyder purchased 1021 Main in 1980 from brothers Eugene, Alfredo, and Joseph
Petrelli. Polk directories from the early 1980s and late 1980s list Harold Snyder as the resident. In
between, in the mid-1980s, the resident was Stephanie La Tourette.
The following two photos of 1021 Main are believed to have been taken in the circa 1970s-1980s:
IIIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIIlimu iIII111.II1 ilIflnIIIINM 111"
111 ullului11ull(III
11111111111111
VYYIII i ICI ' I IIIIIYI I ,V'puu „r .,,, .
h .mw I I u II uuw
dIG A 'I' it IIIV° uou4 hl I Ili°ililplu IIW1 INiNi'IVhlll gpppMlflGll^li iluu', h
i 11 II pp IM
mgNmV' i11,pVIV1'Y V14eolMlldr V t16 VI lily IGAP
   I Ilullpllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
1111111111111111111111111111
11111111111111111111111111
Muumuu uIIK (III
j,lllIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII NI61I1 li,'
111010111111111111111111111111111111
Sll «hllpmm( a iml Itll`VI
(uYCI'Ir;\IiVO 9 VIVIIVpO°whIVNl81
oOOOOOOOol
aNuutillia(61iiIIIIIRII 1111111111,0100
6
1111111111111 6WIIIOOOO
1111111 IIIII
11
IIIIIIIII
