He suggested that there may be a way to do a survey of probable <br />loans to forecast demand. <br />Haley replied that the Commission did take the budget into account, but they did not <br />have a specific forecast formula. She added that so far there had not been a run on the <br />loan program or the grant program. <br />Haley asked if everyone felt comfortable with the rate as proposed, which was 5%. <br />General agreement. <br />Thomas moved to approve the loan request with payment of the $400 from the Fund at <br />the proposed percentage rate. Voice vote. All in favor. <br />Haley asked if the application had to go to Council. <br />Selvoski confirmed. <br />UPDATES FROM STAFF ON 2018 PROJECTS <br />Dickinson returned. <br />Selvoski presented the following completed or underway projects: <br />1. Engage and educate realtors <br />Selvoski asked for comment from the Commission. <br />Dunlap stated that after the survey it might make sense to do a budget forecast. <br />
