LCity r <br />Louisville <br />Parks & Recreation <br />Memorandum <br />To: Parks and Public Landscaping Advisory Board (PPLAB) <br />From: Dean Johnson, Parks Superintendent <br />Date: 5/21/19 <br />Subject: Review and Discuss the Draft Memo to City Council on the Subdivision Entry <br />Landscape Capital Improvement Program <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this agenda item is to review the draft memo for possible changes prior to <br />forwarding it along to City Council. <br />Background: <br />Throughout 2019, PPLAB though the Subdivision Entry Landscape Renovation Subcommittee has <br />been working towards establishing guidelines for the Subdivision Entry Landscape Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br />Attached is a memo reporting to Council on a recommended approach along with related issues <br />uncovered during this program development process. <br />Next Steps: <br />Once approved by PPLAB, memo will be forwarded along to City Council. <br />18 <br />
