RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br /> SERIES 1995 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> ZONING TO AGRICULTURAL, AG, AND A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR THE <br /> LOUISVILLE SPORTS COMPLEX <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br /> application for zoning as Agriculture, AG, and a Special Review Use of 24 acres for the <br /> Louisville Sports Complex, East of Highway 42 and North of the Louisville Waste Water <br /> Treatment Plant; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the zoning and Special Review Use have been <br /> reviewed by City staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br /> subdivision regulations, and other related policies, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said zoning and Special Review Use <br /> should be approved without conditions <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the zoning as Agriculture, AG, <br /> and a Special Review Use for the Louisville Sports Complex <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1995 <br /> By 02114-� <br /> Bill Boulet, ai n <br /> Planning Commission <br /> ATTEST <br /> By L <br /> Rex Renfrew, Secr ry <br /> Planning Commission <br />
