Site ID DN03468E <br />Site Name Louisville Recreation and Scmor Center <br />2. Beginning on July 1, 2019, and for a period of nine (9) years and five (5) months <br />ending on November 30, 2028 (the "Rent Abatement Period"), the Tenant shall be granted a full <br />abatement of the Rent (the "Rent Abatement") due the Landlord under Section 4 of the Lease in <br />recognition of the costs incurred by the Tenant to relocate its Antenna Facilities on the Premises, <br />which relocation was necessitated by Landlord's changes to the Property.. Following the Rent <br />Abatement Period, Tenant shall pay Landlord the amounts set forth below as Rent: <br />• Beginning on December 1, 2028 — $1,982.39 per month <br />• Beginning on June 23, 2029 — $2,180.63 per month <br />Rent payable after the Rent Abatement Period shall remain subject to all provisions of the Lease, <br />as amended. <br />3. Section 12. (Notices) of the Lease is hereby amended starting on line 5 of the <br />paragraph, deleting the contact blocks for "If to Tenant. to:" and "With a copy to:" by inserting <br />the following: <br />If to Tenant, to: <br />T-Mobile USA, Inc. <br />12920 SE 28th Street <br />Bellevue, WA 98006 <br />Attn: Lease <br />Compliance/Dn03468E <br />With a copy to: <br />4. Section 12. (Notices) of the Lease is hereby further amended starting after the block <br />for "If to Landlord, to:" and after "With a copy to:" by inserting the following: <br />With a copv to: <br />Louisville Recreation and <br />Senior Services <br />Attn: Director <br />900 West Via Appia Way <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />5. Exhibit B Replaced. Exhibit B attached to the Lease and Revised Exhibit B <br />attached to First Amendment are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the "Second Revised <br />Exhibit B" attached and incorporated herein by this reference. Any references to "Exhibit B" or <br />"Revised Exhibit B" shall hereafter refer to the "Second Revised Exhibit B." <br />6. Other Terms and Conditions Remain. In the event of any inconsistencies between <br />the Lease and this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall govern and control. Except as <br />expressly set forth in this Amendment, the Lease otherwise is unmodified and remains in full force <br />and effect in accordance with its terms and conditions. Unless otherwise defined herein, <br />capitalized terms used in this Amendment have the same meanings they are given in the Lease. <br />46 <br />
