RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TWO EASEMENT VACATIONS, <br />A REPLAT AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PUD) PLAN FOR LOTS 2A & 3A, BLOCK 4, BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC TO <br />CONSTRUCT A 6,267 SF ADDITION AND A 1,410 SF ADDITION TO CONNECT <br />TWO EXISTING BUILDINGS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of two easement vacations, a replat to consolidate two lots into <br />one lot, and an amendment to the final planned unit development (PUD) plan for Lots <br />2A & 3A, Block 4, Business Center at CTC to construct a 6,267 sf addition and a 1,410 <br />sf addition to connect the two existing buildings; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations, other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />all applicable design criteria; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing on the <br />application on May 11, 2017 where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including without limitation the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission <br />Staff Reports dated May 11, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the evidence and testimony in the record, the Planning <br />Commission finds that the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations, other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />all applicable design criteria and should be approved, with the following condition: <br />1. The applicant shall make corrections to the Final Plat regarding the drainage <br />easement notation in order to differentiate the original reception number from the <br />reference to vacate by separate instrument. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of two easement <br />vacations, a replat, and an amendment to the final planned unit development (PUD) <br />plan for Lots 2A & 3A, Block 4, Business Center at CTC to construct a 6,267 sf addition <br />and a 1,410 sf addition to connect the two existing buildings, with the following <br />condition: <br />1. The applicant shall make corrections to the Final Plat regarding the drainage <br />easement notation in order to differentiate the original reception number from the <br />reference to vacate by separate instrument. <br />
