RESOLUTION NO. 04 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AND FINAL PLAT FOR THE COLLECTIVE — MODERN <br />WORKSPACES AT THE CTC, THREE FLEX -SPACE BUILDINGS TOTALING 85,520 <br />SQUARE FEET ON THREE LOTS AND TWO TRACTS; LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1, <br />CTC FILING NO. 1, 10.72 ACRES ZONED PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONED <br />DISTRICT — INDUSTRIAL. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Final Plat for <br />The Collective — Modern Workspaces at the CTC; three flex -pace buildings totaling <br />85,520 square feet on three Tots and two tracts; Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, CTC Filing No. <br />1, 10.72 acres zoned Planned Community Zoned District — Industrial; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on January 12, 2017, where evidence and testimony were <br />entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission <br />Staff Report dated January 12, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Final Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) and Final Plat for The Collective — Modern Workspaces at the <br />CTC; three flex -pace buildings totaling 85,520 square feet on three lots and two tracts; <br />Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, CTC Filing No. 1, 10.72 acres zoned Planned Community <br />Zoned District — Industrial with the following conditions: <br />1.
