RESOLUTION NO. 09 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A 3RD AMENDMENT TO THE <br />NORTH END, BLOCK 10 PUD TO MODIFY THE ELEVATIONS OF THE MULTI- <br />FAMILY BUILDINGS, MODIFY THE PARKING LOT LAYOUT, ADD ADDITIONAL <br />CARPORTS AND GARAGES, AND PROVIDE ELEVATIONS FOR THE CARPORTS <br />AND A VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE 10-FOOT MAINTENANCE EASEMENT <br />REFERENCED UNDER PLAT NOTE 14 OF THE BLOCK 10, SECOND REPLAT <br />SUBDIVISION; NORTH END BLOCK 10, SECOND REPLAT SUBDIVISION, PARCEL <br />A <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a 3rd Amendment to the North End, Block 10 PUD to modify <br />the elevations of the multi -family buildings, modify the parking lot layout, add additional <br />carports and garages, and provide elevations for the carports and a vacation of a <br />portion of the 10-foot Maintenance Easement referenced under Plat Note 14 of the <br />Block 10, Second Replat Subdivision; North End Block 10, Second Replat, Parcel A; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on May 11, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated May 11, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a 3rd Amendment to the North <br />End, Block 10 PUD to modify the elevations of the multi -family buildings, modify the <br />parking lot layout, add additional carports and garages, and provide elevations for the <br />carports and a vacation of a portion of the 10-foot Maintenance Easement referenced <br />under Plat Note 14 of the Block 10, Second Replat Subdivision; North End Block 10, <br />Second Replat, Parcel A with the following condition: <br />1.
