RESOLUTION NO. <br />10 <br />SERIES <br />2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A REPLAT, AN <br />EASEMENT VACATION AND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO <br />ALLOW MINOR CHANGES TO THE APPROVED SITE DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE AND <br />PARKING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 682 CTC BLVD AND 609 S. 104TH STREET; <br />LOTS 1 & 2, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER FILING 2 REPLAT A. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application <br />for a replat, an easement vacation, and a PUD amendment to allow minor changes to the <br />approved site design, architecture and parking for property located at 682 CTC Blvd and <br />609 S. 104th Street; Lots 1 & 2, Colorado Technological Center Filing 2 Replat A; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on July 12, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated July 12, <br />2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a replat, an easement <br />vacation, and a PUD amendment to allow minor changes to the approved site design, <br />architecture and parking for property located at 682 CTC Blvd and 609 S. 104th Street; Lots 1 <br />& 2, Colorado Technological Center Filing 2 Replat A, with the following amendment: <br />1.
