RESOLUTION NO. 10 SERIES 2018 A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A REPLAT, AN EASEMENT VACATION AND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW MINOR CHANGES TO THE APPROVED SITE DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE AND PARKING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 682 CTC BLVD AND 609 S. 104TH STREET; LOTS 1 & 2, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER FILING 2 REPLAT A. WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application for a replat, an easement vacation, and a PUD amendment to allow minor changes to the approved site design, architecture and parking for property located at 682 CTC Blvd and 609 S. 104th Street; Lots 1 & 2, Colorado Technological Center Filing 2 Replat A; and, WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly noticed public hearing on July 12, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated July 12, 2018. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a replat, an easement vacation, and a PUD amendment to allow minor changes to the approved site design, architecture and parking for property located at 682 CTC Blvd and 609 S. 104th Street; Lots 1 & 2, Colorado Technological Center Filing 2 Replat A, with the following amendment: 1. The PUD shall be noted to have a Landscape Waiver that covers both properties at 25% and that any further amendments to the PUD would have to take that into consideration.
