RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A FOR A REPLAT <br />TO VACATE THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 3 & 4, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT <br />CTC REPLAT B AND A PUD AMENDMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />AN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED SITE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PROPERTY AT 194 S TAYLOR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a replat and a PUD amendment to allow the construction of an addition to the <br />existing building and associated site improvements for the property at 194 S Taylor Avenue; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on October 11, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated October 11, 2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a replat and a PUD Amendment to <br />allow the construction of an addition to the existing building and associated site improvements <br />for the property at 194 S Taylor Avenue. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 2018. <br />Attest: <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />By: <br />Steve Brauneis, Chairperson <br />Planning Commission <br />
