RESOLUTION NO. 09 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO EXTEND THE <br />APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR THE LOUISVILLE MILL SITE <br />FOR THREE YEARS <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval for extension of a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan <br />for the Louisville Mill Site located on Lot 1, 2, and 3 of the Louisville Mill Site <br />Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval and City Council <br />approved the PUD on May 19, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the final PUD expired 36-months after City Council approval as <br />stated in the Louisville Municipal Code Section 17.28.200 (E); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 12, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated April 12, 2018, the Planning <br />Commission finds extension of the final PUD should be approved for three years. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval a request to extend the <br />approved Planned Unit Development for the Louisville Mill Site for three years. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2018. <br />By: <br />Attest: , <br />COebra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Srauneis, Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />
