RESOLUTION NO. 01 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A FINAL PUD TO <br />ALLOW FOR A 22,020 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL AND OFFICE BUILDING WITH A <br />5,802 SQUARE FOOT PARKING GARAGE LOCATED AT 712 AND 722 MAINE STREET; A <br />FINAL PLAT TO VACATE THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 3, TOWN OF <br />LOUISVILLE; AND AN SRU TO ALLOW FOR A PARKING GARAGE AND OUTDOOR <br />SALES FOR RETAIL GOODS AND EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Final PUD to allow for a 22,020 square foot commercial building, which <br />includes a 5,802 square foot parking garage, on two lots totaling 14,114 square feet zoned CC; <br />a Final Plat to vacate the lot line between Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Town of Louisville; and an SRU <br />to allow for a parking garage and outdoor sales for retail goods and eating and drinking <br />establishments; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on January 10, 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated January 10, 2019. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Final PUD to allow for <br />a 22,020 square foot commercial building, which includes a 5,802 square foot parking garage, <br />on two lots totaling 14,114 square feet zoned CC; a Final Plat to vacate the lot line between <br />Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Town of Louisville; and an SRU to allow for a parking garage and outdoor <br />sales for retail goods and eating and drinking establishments. <br />Attes <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2019. <br />ebra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />By: <br />Steve c rauneis, Chairperson <br />Planning Commission <br />
