RESOLUTION NO. 2 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A REPLAT OF <br />DAVIDSON HIGHLINE REPLAT SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1A AND 2A TO ADJUST THE LOT <br />BOUNDARIES OF LOTS 1A AND 2A, VACATE TRACT Q, TAKODA SUBDIVISION, AND <br />CREATE OUTLOT A TO BE CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AN UNDERPASS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a replat of Davidson Highline Replat subdivision, Lots 1A and 2A to adjust the lot <br />boundaries of Lots 1A and 2A, vacate Tract Q, Takoda subdivision, and create Outlot A to be <br />conveyed to the City of Louisville for the purpose of constructing an underpass; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, with the subdivision modification and conditions below; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on January 10, 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated January 10, 2019. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a replat of Davidson Highline <br />Replat subdivision, Lots 1A and 2A to adjust the lot boundaries of Lots 1A and 2A, vacate Tract <br />Q, Takoda subdivision, and create Outlot A to be conveyed to the City of Louisville for the <br />purpose of constructing an underpass, with the following condition: <br />1.
