RESOLUTION NO. 5 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO AMEND THE <br />BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO REZONE LOT <br />19 TO PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISTRICT INDUSTRIAL AND TO ALLOW <br />USES FROM THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICT ON LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 1, <br />THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville zoned Lots 18 and 19, Block 1, The Business <br />Center at CTC, Planned Community Zone District and approved a General Development <br />Plan (GDP) in 1998. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville amended this GDP where applicable to Lots 18 <br />and 19 in 1999 and 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to amend the GDP to allow the uses <br />in the Industrial zone district on Lots 18 and 19, and rezone Lot 19 to PCZD-Industrial ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on March 14, 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated March 14, 2019. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request to amend The <br />Business Center at CTC General Development Plan to rezone Lot 19 from PCZD- <br />Commercial to PCZD-Industrial and to allow uses from the Industrial zone district on <br />Lots 18 and 19, Block 1, The Business Center at CTC, with the following condition: <br />1.
