RESOLUTION NO. 6 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A FOR A REPLAT <br />TO ADJUST THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 3 & 4, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT <br />CTC REPLAT B AND A PUD AMENDMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />NEW 40,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE PROPERTIES AT 152 and 194 S TAYLOR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a replat and a PUD amendment to allow the construction of a new 40,000 sf <br />building and associated site improvements for the properties at 152 and 194 S Taylor Avenue; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found, with <br />conditions, that the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations <br />and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on March 14, 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 14, 2019. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a replat and a PUD Amendment to <br />allow the construction of a new 40,000 sf building and associated site improvements for the <br />properties at 152 and 194 S Taylor Avenue, with the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the City Council hearing, the applicant shall revise the plans to relocate <br />the fire hydrant as requested by the Louisville Fire Department. <br />2.
